SHIPPING
Customers can tailor their orders depending on their individual shipping needs. For regular orders standard shipping is available, for those who need their Lumar STAT (we don’t blame you) we offer expedited shipping.
Standard Shipping
- Standard rate shipping is $10 for all domestic orders. Shipping is free for all domestic orders over $300
- Sent Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Orders are estimated to ship 1-2 business days after being placed.
- Orders arrive within 5-7 days from being shipped.
Expedited Shipping
- Sent Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Expedited orders are a $15 flat rate within the continental US. Orders are expected to arrive within 2-3 business days from being shipped.
- Overnight orders are a $35 flat rate must be placed before 12PM EST and are expected to arrive within 1-2 business days from being shipped.
Do Carriers Offer Guaranteed Delivery?
Carriers do not guarantee a delivery date for standard shipments, and delivery dates are subject to change. Usually, tracking will update to reflect the new estimated delivery date.
Note: Since the pandemic’s start, carriers no longer guarantee most expedited deliveries.
How can I track my order?
Please note that orders ship within 1-2 business days after being placed. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. Please note that your tracking number may take 1-2 business days to become active, and USPS orders may experience delays.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We know you are excited to get your hands on your Lumar garments.
Domestic US Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days after they have been placed. Friday afternoon and weekend orders typically ship out on Mondays. For standard shipping, orders within the continental U.S. should arrive within 3-5 business days. For those of us in a hurry, expedited shipping should arrive within 2-3 business days.
International (US cross-border) general transit time estimates, Standard carrier ship option typically take 7-30 business days.
Holidays and Holiday weekends, our order fulfillment times may be slightly delayed given order volumes.
RETURNS
What is your return/exchange policy?
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Whether you need a different size or something you can request a return or exchange up to 10 days after your order was received. However, all returns must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged and returned in original condition (that’s an un-torn bag, hygiene sticker & tag attached), in original condition. All returns are subject to a $10 return fee deducted from your refund amount. All Web Special sale items are final and can not be returned. Click HERE to start your return.

Can I return an order Internationally?
Sure! You can request a return or exchange up to 10 days after your order was received. All returns must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged and returned in original condition (that’s an un-torn bag, hygiene sticker & tag attached), in original condition.

MARINE GRADE ZIPPERS
Our zipper tape is made from 100% recycled polyester, with zipper teeth including a composite of recycled and standard materials. We choose to keep our tape white to avoid dyes.
SUSTAINABLE QUALITY MATERIALS
Lumar Active relies on Regenerated Nylon, primarily ECONYL, an eco-friendly yarn made from repurposed from Eco-conscious, top-tier fishing net materials.
FREE REPAIRS AND DONATIONS
Should your garment require repairs, such as an unexpected tear, or fabric issue, don't hesitate to send it back to us at Lumar for assessment and repair. If you have a gently worn Lumar pieces, you can return it to us, and we will happily donate it to local community.
